Metryst

Metryst Terms of Use

Last updated October 10, 2026

Metryst is provided by Cladose LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Cladose", "we", "us"). Your use of Metryst is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA") and by these Terms. If they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows. By using Metryst you agree to both.

In these Terms, "records" means the Events (intimate encounter records), Periods (menstrual period records), unavailable dates and timeline markers you create in Metryst, including their details, answers and notes, and any of these a linked partner sends you that you accept.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Metryst.

Not medical advice

Metryst is a personal record-keeping and insights app. Period forecasts and other insights are estimates based on what you record. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be used for contraception or to plan or prevent pregnancy. Talk to a healthcare professional about medical questions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Metryst. That includes trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it except where the law allows, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Metryst available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change Metryst and these Terms; if we make a material change to these Terms, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Liability

The Apple EULA's warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability apply to Metryst. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or Metryst will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except where the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
